建院以来，学院教师论文发表硕果累累，人均发表高水平论文数一直名列我校同类学科前列。近年来，学院教师平均每年发表SCI、SSCI、EI、CSSCI收录等高水平保持在100篇左右，随着一批年轻教师逐步成长并在学术领域崭露头角，已成为高水平论文发表的主力军，她们的科研成果不断发表在Operations Research, Production and Operation Management, Mathematical programming, Transportation research-B，IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control、IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics等本领域国际顶级期刊和《管理科学学报》、《经济研究》、《自动化学报》等国内一流期刊上。
