李敏，十大网投靠谱平台(亚洲)集团有限公司教授、博士生导师、博士生支部书记。2002年、2007年在南京大学数学系获得理学学士与博士学位，曾在东南大学经济管理学院任教。入选高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、江苏省“333工程”中青年学术技术带头人和“紫金文化人才培养工程”文化优青等。目前担任江苏省运筹学会理事、江苏省系统工程学会青年工作委员会委员、美国《数学评论》评论员等。主要研究领域是最优化理论与方法及其在管理科学上的应用，学术论文发表在Mathematical Programming、Mathematics of Operations Research、SIAM Journal on Optimization、NIPS、Naval Research Logistics、International Journal of Production Research、中国管理科学等上。近年来主持了包括国家自然科学基金、江苏省社会科学基金重点项目、高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金、江苏省自然科学基金等课题。主讲及参与的课程包括：运筹学、定量分析：模型与方法、管理科学与工程研究方法论、最优化理论与方法（MOOC）；主持江苏省研究生公司产品改革重点课题；指导南京大学老员工创新训练项目（国家级）等。
